Welcome to ThessNest. By accessing our website, registering an account, or using our services to find or list long-term accommodation in Thessaloniki, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Platform Description
ThessNest acts as a specialized digital marketplace connecting property owners (“Hosts”) in Thessaloniki with Erasmus students, international interns, and digital nomads (“Guests”) seeking mid-to-long-term accommodation. We provide the technology to facilitate these connections and booking requests.
3. User Obligations and Account Security
- Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Any fraudulent activity, fake listings, or spam will result in immediate account suspension.
4. Booking Process and Communication
When a Guest submits a booking request for a property, the Host will be notified. Once a request is accepted, ThessNest facilitates the exchange of contact information. From that point, the Host and Guest are responsible for agreeing on the final lease terms, payment schedules, and house rules. ThessNest is not a party to the actual rental agreement between the Host and the Guest.
5. Liability Disclaimer
While ThessNest strives to verify users and maintain a safe community, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of property descriptions or the behavior of Users. ThessNest shall not be held liable for any disputes, damages, or financial losses arising from the rental agreement or the interaction between Hosts and Guests. Users are advised to exercise common sense and standard safety precautions.
6. Changes to the Platform and Terms
ThessNest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time. We may also update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
7. Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from the use of ThessNest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.
