ThessNest is an official platform trusted by ESN Greece and partnered with Erasmus+ programs.
Provide details about your property and add photos to showcase it to potential renters. Set your pricing and availability, as well as any additional fees (cleaning fee, deposit, etc.).
We’ll reach out to you to schedule your personalized visit. A member of our team will come with you to visit the property, validating the provided details and supporting you on your listing with additional photos and curation for free.
Once your property is verified, it will appear on ThessNest and guests can request to book it. When someone is interested in renting your property, you will receive a reservation request. You can easily manage, approve or reject requests through our easy-to-use interface. Once you approve a reservation, the guest will be asked to make their payment.
To confirm a reservation, we will receive from your guest the first month’s rent. Within 5 business days of your guest’s arrival, we will transfer you this amount minus our host service fee. The host service fee is 5% on the duration of the stay + taxes, and it helps us cover the cost of running the platform and providing verified listings.
