The neighbourhood is in the commercial centre of the city and all the facilities (market, groceries, bakeries, restaurants, shops, bus station) are nearby at a distance of 50m. The studio is within walking distance to Aristotle University, and CITY College, University of York Europe Campus; ideal for students who study at those universities. Available exclusively for 1 person. It is ideal for Erasmus accommodation; students in Thessaloniki for Spring Semester 2026 and Academic Period 2025-2026. Also available for digital nomads or remote workers. Double occupancy NOT allowed. In the price are included all bills (maintenance, water, heating and WiFi), except from electricity bill. Cleaning service is also available every two weeks with cost 25 euros per time.
