The apartment is within walking distance to Aristotle University, and CITY College, University of York Europe Campus; ideal for students who study at those universities. Available exclusively for 1 person. Double occupancy NOT allowed. It is ideal for Erasmus accommodation; students in Thessaloniki for Spring Semester 2025 and Academic Period 2025-2026. Also available for digital nomads or remote workers. In the price are included all bills (maintenance, water, heating and WiFi), except from electricity bill. Cleaning service is also available every two weeks with cost 20 euros per time.
